On January 1, 2008, Pacific Backlot and its sister company, Vancouver Film Studios, achieved carbon neutral status.  This process followed months of rigorous analysis by Greenhouse Gas Accountant, Paul Stewart, of Go Neutral Now Consulting.  Today, Pacific Backlot Services is proud to offer environmentally responsible waste disposal practices which include garbage disposal, construction waste management, recycling services and organic composting bins for all VFS tenants.
